Primary, Intermediate, Secondary and Tertiary Educators! We invite you to consider presenting at Tuia ki Tawhiti 2024.

The theme this year is ‘Teachers helping Teachers’. There is so much amazing mahi happening out there in our community and we’d love to see that shared far and wide.

Share your awesome tākaro, teaching tips/strategies, innovative course plans, research, resources, success stories or whatever it is that is working for you! Whether it's cracking the code to engage Year 10s or integrating te ao Māori into your curriculum, we want to hear from you!

Remarkable things are happening in our schools, tertiary institutions, and classrooms every day, so let's share these to enrich our practices and enhance student learning.

The Tuia ki Tawhiti audience will be a range of Primary, Intermediate and Secondary teachers within the Health Education, Outdoor Education and Physical Education learning areas, along with those who provide research in these fields, provide tertiary education and those in initial teacher education study, or those who provide educational services and resources to this sector.
