HEALTH AND SAFETY

In an emergency / evacuation you must take instruction from the venue wardens. Wardens will be wearing hi-viz jackets. If at any time you identify a risk to health and safety at any venue please alert your conference organisers immediately. Name tags must be worn at all times to permit access to the conference and dinner. If you misplace your name tag please contact our conference organisers EventMergers, at the registration desk.

We remind all attendees that is it the responsibility of all attendees to conduct themselves in a professional manner. 


CLIMATE

The average minimum temperature (usually during the night) in Christchurch in July can be between 1°C and 5°C, with an average maximum temperature of 11°C.Visitors traveling to Christchurch should bring a waterproof rain jacket and plan on layering clothes. Some days can be nice and warm however it can also be a bit chilly.


CHRISTCHURCH AIRPORT

The airport is located approximately 10 minutes’ drive from Christchurch city centre.
